Store guide
The complete supplier guide — from registration to selling
Everything you need to know to start as a supplier on Qitaa
1
Register your business
Mobile number + unified national number + VAT number + accepting the agreement — free, no password
2
Add your parts
Photos + description + condition + price — or choose “request a quote” instead of a fixed price
3
Orders reach you
A notification for every new order in your dashboard; paid ones appear under “Needs your decision”
4
Prepare and ship
Once payments go live: package the part and ship it the way you choose, then record its delivery with a photo in your dashboard
5
Your earnings once payments go live
Once payments go live: after buyer confirmation, or the period passes after a delivery you recorded with no objection, and after you upload your invoice — the amount transfers to your account via the payment gateway
6
Track and grow
A dashboard for your parts, orders and dues — with your completed sales and rating once they have a number
Fee schedule
No joining fee, no monthly subscription, no part limit. Commission applies to your store’s whole order total, not per part, and is deducted from the settlement.
First 10,000 SAR
5%
of the store order value
Anything above that
3%
No cap
Minimum fee
None
أوّل ثلاث صفقات بلا عمولة — بلا تاريخ انتهاء
Example: 10,000 × 5% + 5,000 × 3% = 650 SAR — on an order of 15,000 SAR.
Once payments go live, the payment gateway fee is passed through as-is and appears in riyals on every order in the dues screen.
