What you get

Requests in your specialty

When a buyer asks for a part for a car you specialise in, or for a make whose parts you list, the request reaches your dashboard and you reply with a price offer from your phone.

Your inventory goes in fast

For scrapyards: pick the dismantled car once, then add its parts with photos without retyping the model. For parts stores: upload an Excel file and review the result before saving, then add each part's photos so it shows in the marketplace.

A page for your shop

Your parts sit on a page for your shop in the stores directory. Once your commercial register is matched, our team gives your shop the verified badge.

From registration to your first order

  1. Register your establishment

Enter your establishment's details and your mobile number, then accept the supplier agreement.

  2. We check your commercial registration

Our team matches it in the Ministry of Commerce’s official lookup within 3 business days, and then adding parts opens for you.

  3. List your parts

Add each part with its photos and price — a used part with at least 3 photos of it.

  4. Reply to part requests

You reply to part requests with a price offer from your dashboard, and shipping starts once payments go live.

is calculated on the total the buyer purchases from you in a single order — not per part, and not on shipping.

A deal counts when the order is delivered to the buyer, a cancelled order does not count — and you track what is left in "My wallet".

Example: on an order of 15,000 SAR: 10,000 × 5% + 5,000 × 3% = 650 SAR

Once payments go live: the payment gateway fee is yours and passed through as it is — the payment provider takes it, not the platform, with nothing added, and you see it in riyals on every order in "My wallet".

Any change to these rates is scheduled at least 14 days before it takes effect, and an order created before it keeps its rate.

Questions before you register

Who can join?

An auto-parts establishment in Riyadh with a commercial registration: a new-parts shop or company, an online parts store, a scrapyard, or a used-parts shop. It is registered by its owner, its manager listed on the commercial register, or a delegate with an authorisation letter.

Do I need to be VAT-registered?

Yes. You enter your VAT number at registration, and it is printed on your invoices as you entered it — its accuracy is your responsibility. The invoice is issued by you in your establishment’s name — the platform is an intermediary, not a seller.

When do I receive the sale money?

Payments are not live yet. Once payments go live, the order amount stays held with a licensed payment provider until the buyer confirms receipt or the agreement's window passes after a delivery you recorded without objection, then its net is transferred to your establishment's IBAN after you upload your invoice through the platform.

Who pays for shipping?

The buyer, on top of the part price: the platform fee of 25 SAR inside Riyadh and 55 SAR outside it per store in the order, unless you set your own shipping fee for the part. There is no commission on shipping, and you are the one who ships.

What if the buyer wants to return the part?

They can request a return within 7 days of receiving it. For a defect or a mismatch with the description the return shipping is on you; for a change of mind it is on the buyer. If you refuse the return before the buyer confirms receipt, the dispute goes to the platform team to decide.

Which parts can I not list?

Used safety parts (brakes, airbags, seat belts and tyres), and used consumables and climate-sensitive parts: an automatic filter blocks them, and the new ones are allowed. The full list is in Prohibited parts.

Do I talk to the buyer?

Yes, in a chat inside the platform, where no phone number or link is exchanged. Once payments go live, the buyer's phone and address reach you with the paid order so you can ship to them.

What do I agree to when I register?

You read three documents before accepting, and your acceptance is saved with the document version, the time of acceptance and your confirmed mobile number: Supplier agreement · Terms and conditions · Privacy policy.
