Used parts pass through a safety filter that runs when the part is listed: it rejects used safety parts before they are published, complemented by report review after publishing. We do not claim a lab inspection of every part — we block at the source the categories whose defects only a lab can detect.

How the filter works — without exaggeration
◆ At listing: the filter matches the part name and description against the lists above, rejects the prohibited used part before publishing, and shows the supplier the reason.
◆ In the database: a second lock nobody bypasses even past the UI — the safety category does not change at a button press, only through code review.
◆ After publishing: report review — every listing has a report button; a substantiated report is examined and what proves wrong is removed.
◆ Its honest limits: the filter blocks categories; it does not physically inspect each part — so the objection window (48 hours) remains your second protection, with the amount held there once payments go live, and the warranty declared in the listing your third. The fourth is your right to withdraw from the purchase and return the part within 7 days of receipt — it stands either way.
Why do we apply these standards?
Buyer protection: consumable and safety-critical parts cannot be inspected by eye — selling them used exposes the buyer to real risk.
Supplier protection: selling a part that causes an accident exposes the supplier to legal liability under the Saudi consumer protection law.
The Saudi climate: Riyadh summer heat exceeds 50°C — rubber, fluids and batteries degrade much faster than in temperate climates.
Global standards: this list is built on US NHTSA recommendations, British BSI standards and GCC specification requirements — adapted to the Saudi market.
