How do you buy an auto part?

1. Find the part

From the home page, pick the car make → model → year → part type. Or search directly by name, OEM number or the VIN.

2. Compare offers

Parts from several suppliers appear — compare price, condition and ratings. Every part has real photos and the supplier’s description.

3. Add to cart

Press “Add to cart” — you can add parts from different suppliers. The system splits the order automatically.

4. Verify your identity

Enter your mobile number → an OTP message arrives → enter the code. No password, no complexity.

5. Send your order

Once payments go live: you pick the payment method, and the amount stays held until you receive, via a licensed payment gateway — it does not reach the supplier.

6. Follow your order

After the supplier confirms, they ship the part, and you see your order’s status in “My orders” from shipping to delivery — with a photo the supplier uploads as proof of delivery.

7. Inspect the part

You have 7 days to inspect the part. If it does not match the description, open a return request — and once payments go live you get a full refund.

8. Confirm and rate

Confirm receipt → your order completes, and once payments go live the amount transfers to the supplier. Rate your experience to help other buyers.
